Delete account

You can permanently delete your account and its data.

In the app

1. Open naparo (Android or web).
2. Tap the circle with your initial at the top right, then Profile & Settings.
3. Choose Delete account.
4. Confirm with your password (or with Google, if you sign in with Google) and tap to delete permanently.

If you cannot access the app

Email gdpr@naparo.gr from the email you registered with, with the subject “Account deletion request”. We may ask you to confirm your identity. We complete the request within one month at most.

What is deleted

• Your account and profile.
• Lists you own, with their products. If a list is shared, it is deleted for the other members too.
• Your “My products” collection, categories and aisles.
• You are removed automatically from other people's shared lists, which remain for the other members.

This cannot be undone. If you have payments, data required by law for tax purposes may be kept for the legal period. See also the Privacy policy.
