1. Who provides the service
naparo is provided by DATANODE & ΣΙΑ Ε.Ε. (VAT ID 800479159, GEMI No. 124699901000). By registering or using the app you accept these terms and the Privacy policy.
2. Account
You must be at least 15 years old and provide accurate details. You are responsible for your password. You can delete your account at any time.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful purposes, to harass others, or to bypass technical limits or security measures. The service has usage limits (e.g. number of lists and products) which may change.
4. Your content
Your lists remain yours. You only grant us permission to store them and show them to you and to the members you share them with.
5. Payments
If subscriptions or purchases are offered, they will be made through Google Play under its terms and refund policies. Prices and features will be shown before you buy.
6. Availability and liability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the service running, but it is provided “as is” and we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for indirect damages to the extent permitted by law. Your consumer rights that cannot be limited are not affected.
7. Suspension
We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or threaten the security of the service.
8. Changes and governing law
We may amend these terms; we will update this page. Greek law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules in your country.
