I forgot my password

On the sign-in screen enter your email and tap Forgot password. You will get a reset email (check spam too).

I can't find a user for a shared list

The other person must have signed in to the app once with their email and tapped the link in the verification email.

I can't delete a list

Someone else probably shared it with you. Only the owner can delete it; you can Leave it.

I don't see aisles

They are optional: Settings → Supermarket aisles.

Barcode scanning doesn't work

Scanning is available only in the Android app, not on the web. If the code isn't found, an empty form opens and you link it to the product once.

I reached the limit of lists or products

Delete something you don't need or write to us.
